Our Business partner is a large well established manufacturer of goods for the car industry. They found themselves reaching out to us when a major manufacturer of cars changed labeling requirements. The new labeling requirement would place a large demand on their work force as well as their current system not being able to integrate.

After careful consideration we created an automation solution. The solution had middleware that would bridge the gap between the legacy software and the automation line. The solution consisted of 3 scanners, 2 printers and 2 conveyors.

Once the project reached completion, a requirement that by hand would have had well over 6 people 3 shifts was reduced to 1 person per shift to over-see the operation of this line. The line running at full speed could label in 8 hours what by hand would have been 3 shifts (24hours).
